Da der Prozess im Vakuum abl\u00e4uft, sind Sauerstoff und Verunreinigungen abwesend, sodass <strong>keine Oxidation<\/strong> auftritt und <strong>kein Flussmittel<\/strong> ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p><p>Durch Kapillarwirkung (\u00fcber die pr\u00e4zise kleinen L\u00f6tspalte) flie\u00dft das Lotmaterial (meist auf Basis von Silber, Kupfer, Nickel und\/oder Gold) zwischen die Bauteile, was zu einer <strong>extrem starken<\/strong> und sauberen (metallisch blanken) Verbindung f\u00fchrt. Geeignet f\u00fcr alle Metalle wie Edelstahl &amp; Titan, Kupfer- und Nickellegierungen mit einem Schmelzpunkt \u00fcber ca. 800\u00b0C. Auch verschiedene Nichtmetalle wie Graphit, Hartmetall, Diamant und Keramik k\u00f6nnen vakuumgel\u00f6tet werden.<\/p><h6>Der Prozess<\/h6><ul><li><strong>Vorbereitung:<\/strong> Gr\u00fcndliche Reinigung der Bauteile und Aufbringen des Lotmaterials (Folie, Paste oder Draht).<\/li><li><strong>Erw\u00e4rmung:<\/strong> Die Bauteile werden in einem Vakuumofen mit kontrolliertem Temperaturprofil \u00fcber die Schmelztemperatur des Lots erhitzt und anschlie\u00dfend kontrolliert abgek\u00fchlt (mit Stickstoff\/Argon). L\u00f6ten unter Wasserstoff ist ebenfalls m\u00f6glich.<\/li><li><strong>F\u00fcgen:<\/strong> Das fl\u00fcssige Lot benetzt die Oberfl\u00e4chen.<\/li><li><strong>Abk\u00fchlung:<\/strong> Kontrolliertes Abk\u00fchlen sorgt f\u00fcr eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Mikrostruktur und minimale Verformung.<\/li><li><strong>Kontrolle:<\/strong> Visuelle Inspektion und Pr\u00fcfung auf Dichtheit und Festigkeit.<\/li><\/ul><h6>Wichtigste Vorteile<\/h6><ul><li><strong>Hohe Qualit\u00e4t:<\/strong> Sehr starke (oft gleichwertig mit der Festigkeit des Grundmaterials), dichte und korrosions-\/hitzebest\u00e4ndige Verbindungen. Zudem sehr saubere, hygienische, spaltfreie Verbindungen (kein Flussmittel erforderlich). Wichtig f\u00fcr die Lebensmittel- oder Medizinindustrie.<\/li><li><strong>Gro\u00dfe Konstruktionsfreiheit:<\/strong> Dick\/d\u00fcnn ist m\u00f6glich, gro\u00dfe Fl\u00e4chen k\u00f6nnen verbunden werden.<\/li><li><strong>Mehrere Verbindungen:<\/strong> Mehr als eine Verbindung kann in einem Prozessschritt hergestellt werden. Die Herstellung komplexer Produkte ist m\u00f6glich.<\/li><li><strong>Vielseitig:<\/strong> M\u00f6glichkeit, unterschiedliche Materialien zu verbinden, wie z. B. Keramik mit Stahl.<\/li><li><strong>Effizient:<\/strong> L\u00f6ten und H\u00e4rten (z.
