Comme le processus se d\u00e9roule sous vide, l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et les impuret\u00e9s sont absents, ce qui signifie qu\u2019il n\u2019y a <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">pas d\u2019oxydation<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> et <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">pas besoin de flux<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.<\/span><\/p><div><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019action capillaire (dans les interstices de brasage tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis), le mat\u00e9riau d\u2019apport (souvent \u00e0 base d\u2019argent, de cuivre, de nickel et\/ou d\u2019or) s\u2019\u00e9coule entre les pi\u00e8ces, ce qui donne une liaison <strong>extr\u00eamement solide<\/strong> et propre (aspect m\u00e9tallique brillant). Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 convient \u00e0 tous les m\u00e9taux tels que l\u2019acier inoxydable et le titane, les alliages de cuivre et de nickel ayant un point de fusion sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 environ 800\u00b0C. Divers mat\u00e9riaux non m\u00e9talliques comme le graphite, le carbure, le diamant et la c\u00e9ramique peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre bras\u00e9s sous vide.<\/p><h6>Le processus<\/h6><ul><li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> Nettoyage minutieux des pi\u00e8ces et application du mat\u00e9riau d\u2019apport (feuille, p\u00e2te ou fil).<\/li><li><strong>Chauffage :<\/strong> Les pi\u00e8ces sont chauff\u00e9es dans un four sous vide avec un profil de temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9, au-dessus de la temp\u00e9rature de fusion du brasage, puis refroidies de fa\u00e7on contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (avec de l\u2019azote\/argon). Le brasage sous hydrog\u00e8ne est \u00e9galement possible.<\/li><li><strong>Assemblage :<\/strong> Le brasage liquide mouille les surfaces.<\/li><li><strong>Refroidissement :<\/strong> Un refroidissement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 assure une microstructure uniforme et une d\u00e9formation minimale.<\/li><li><strong>Contr\u00f4le :<\/strong> Inspection visuelle et tests d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance.<\/li><\/ul><h6>Principaux avantages<\/h6><ul><li><strong>Haute qualit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Liaisons tr\u00e8s solides (souvent \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau de base), \u00e9tanches et r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la corrosion\/chaleur.
